OUR DIGITAL BANGLADESH

 Digital Bangladesh means digitalizing Bangladesh by ensuring an ICT based society where online information will be readily available and where all possible activities of the government and other non- government or semi-government organizations will be performed using computer and internet. Our present Prime Minister SHEIKH HASINA  

in there election manifesto of 2008 declared to build up Bangladesh as a digital one by 2021. Since then this concept has become almost a lip-word with the people of Bangladesh. 

Our life change has been possible through information technology based on the computer - internet system. This information technology or computer and internet - based Bangladesh is called a digital Bangladesh. 

Bangladesh is an independent country. She achieved her freedom more than 42 years ago. But many problems face in our country. These problems and obstacles stand in the way of developing a digital society. So, we have to work hard to remove all these problems. 

At this time, our country is establish technology based e-governance, e-education, e-commerce, e-production, e-agriculture, etc. 

Computer and internet network should also be developed throughout the country immediately. The benefits of digital Bangladesh are many. It will connect people with the whole world socially, culturally, economically, and even politically. It will improve banking system and financial activities of the country. Money transfer and transaction of business would be made with in second. 

Provably it is said "hope springs eternal in the human breast" we also hope that we shall be able to turn our ear- shattered country into a digital Bangladesh. So, the policy makers in the government and the people in general should work hand in hand to materialize the dream of digital Bangladesh.
